Already have a prescription? Provide your current pharmacy’s details to request a transfer, or ask your prescriber to send your prescription directly to our affiliated pharmacy.
3. Order Once Your Prescription Is Ready
Once your prescription has been received, reviewed, and made available in your account, you can select the authorized medication and quantity and complete your order.
4. Receive Your Medication Discreetly
Your medication is prepared by the affiliated licensed pharmacy and shipped in discreet packaging. Shipping options and delivery times depend on your location, the medication, and the service selected.

Kemya displays medication prices so you can compare available options before ordering. Dispensing fees are included in the listed medication price, and there is no Kemya subscription or monthly membership fee.
Shipping charges depend on the order and delivery option. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Telehealth consultation fees, where applicable, are separate and depend on the provider and provincial coverage.

You do not necessarily need another consultation to use Kemya.
If you have a valid prescription with medication remaining at another pharmacy, you can request a transfer by providing that pharmacy’s name and phone number. The affiliated pharmacy will determine whether the prescription can be transferred and filled.
If your prescription has no refills remaining, you can use the refill request option beside your prescription on file. Further prescribing remains subject to your healthcare provider’s approval.
